Our Mission

Duval Pageantry System is a professional organization operated by committed owners experienced in the industry of female impersonation and male entertainment.  We run an honest and fair pageantry system, focusing on overall quality and consistency in our competitions, excellence in our endeavors and therefore leaving a legacy for future entertainers and owners.

 

Our Pageants

Duval Pageantry Systems offers five levels of competition for female impersonation and male entertainment:

  1. Mr. and Miss Duval

  2. Miss Duval Plus

  3. Mr. and Miss Duval Newcomer

  4. Miss Duval Closet Ball

  5. Mitz Duval

Our Owners

Each of our Duval pageants are owned by a team of professionals who invest their time and experience into the system  and also in the industry.  Our owners are qualified and confident to take Duval Pageantry System to the next level.  Our team includes Rick Finn, Walter Fort,  Sam Woods, The Lady Marissa and Georgia Hairston.

 

Our Rules

We strive to uphold only the best at Duval Pageantry System, from the contestants on the stage,   our reigning titleholders, Duval Dynasty and even the judges' chair.  To follow the examples of the best in entertainment, we've set some standards in our competitions:

 

1.     All contestants must be males.

 

2.     All contestants must complete a written application, along with their entry fee.  (CASH OR POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY).

 

3.     Judging will be on a total points accumulates system. Ties will be broken by a designated tie-breaker.

 

4.     Contestants will be judged in the appropriate categories for the pageant he/ she has registered, which includes the following categories:  Interview, Presentation, Talent, Sportswear/ Swimwear, Evening Gown/ Formal Wear and Question & Answer.

 

5.     Only ONE helper will be allowed in the dressing areas -Five (5) points will be deducted by the Monitor if this rule is broken.

 

6.     Any talent presentation is acceptable except those which may cause injury to the audience or any other person(s).  No excessive glitter, fire, or water may be used in any talent presentation.

 

7.     The use or dispensing of illegal drugs or marijuana will not be tolerated while a contestant is participating in the pageant.

 

8.     Any contestant, contestant’s dancer(s), helper(s), etc. caught in the act of stealing or tampering with another contestant’s possessions will be immediately disqualified and removed from the location of the pageant.

 

9.     Duval Pageantry System does not discriminate against entertainers with silicone and/or hormones.  The use of silicone and/or hormones will not be considered by any judge in the scoring of contestants.

 

10.   Duval Pageantry System reserves the right to make any decision(s) concerning any matter not covered in these Rules and Regulations.

 

11.   Any contestant not staying on stage for the entire crowning and photographs will forfeit the placement and prize money.

 

12.   Each contestant must conduct themselves in an orderly and professional manner throughout the pageant.

 

13.   Due to limited space, props are permitted, but contestants are held liable for their storage and safekeeping.

 

14.   All tapes must be cued and labeled.
